Galleria Towers
When our team acquired Galleria Towers, we focused on strategically infusing our hospitality-first experience across three well-known buildings with direct connection to the popular Dallas Galleria Mall. These landmark towers total 1.4 million SF in a convenient location between Downtown and North Dallas, at the pin-corner of the Dallas North Tollway and the recently-expanded Interstate 635. While these buildings are physically disconnected, we viewed this as our biggest opportunity and set out to thread a connected experience between towers.
The Best Experiences Have a Feeling
In order to create a strong sense of PLACE across Galleria Towers, we knew we needed to work from the outside-in to address the various building entry points.
Galleria Towers now feature:
- Overhauled drive-up experiences across buildings that enhance PLACE perception immediately upon arrival. Exterior drive courts and facades were also upgraded and new landscaped outdoor spaces were added with walking paths and meeting areas.
- Revamped Conference Facilities and new tech accessories in each building for tenant flexibility and convenience.
- Fully transformed lobbies in each building for a heightened sense of arrival.
- Common area upgrades and Tenant Lounge enhancements with Topgolf Swing Suites for teams to enjoy on and off the clock.
- A rooftop terrace upgrade and the addition of Dovetail Coffee Shop in Two Galleria’s three-story rotunda space.
The Transformative Power of PLACE
Through repositioning Galleria Towers, we saw a surge in interest from an increasingly diverse tenant base, including large corporate users. The threaded building-to-building experience helped our team consistently promote all three towers and resulted in increased flexibility for tenants making suite selections.
